Hulk sized Duncan coral

I have been doing a lot of web surfing looking at duncan corals and fragging them. I bout a single head frag about 6 months ago and it now has 9 heads on it. The heads seem to be gigantic compared to web pictures i have seen. A few of the heads are about 3" or more across. Is this normal? If so, ill be needing to thin this very soon.

I have different color duncans..and every one has different size heads and sometimes the headsize varies in different tanks...depending on lighting and flow..my friend has the same Duncan as me and they look completely different in our tanks even they originate from the same colony

When you say 3" are you talking about the center of the head or from tip to tip with the 'whiskers'. If the latter, pretty normal. If the former.... that is indeed a large duncan!

Just the centers are that big. The tenticles are at least an inch long. Its huge

If you do frag it, me and my wife may be interested. We have a large colony of duncan, but none of the jeads are that big. Curious to see some pics also.
