I got a deal on LR and coral!!!!

Well I went into a LFS yesterday (not the regular store I use) and got an amazing deal. I wasn't looking to buy anything as I was laid off of from my job due to corporate cut backs. Anyway I was just browsing by the coral tanks and saw a large rock with green star polyps covering the top and a sign saying green star polyps 35 and up. I asked the guy working behind the counter exactly how much and he said 35. I wanted it because my local store had some stars that were 55 for a 1/3 of what I was getting. So he is moving LR that was stacked up on and next to it to reveal 2 large xenia branches on the side. So I got it for 35 bucks. Rock probably in around 12 pounds or so. I thought it was a steal.
Also, my girlfriend was browsing the LR tank when she found a 9.5 pound rock covered in zoas and a clam. (clam as since closed and will not open, not an impressive clam just some sort of barnicle type) I got it as well! My total bill was 107. I didn't want to spend the money because I need better lighting and so on so forth but what a deal!

This makes me wonder what kind of deal everyone else has gotten? Let's hear your personally deals you have found at your LFS.

Its way easy to find a deal on somthing that was broken down and brought in vs orderd .Sometimes seems like the way to go

EDIT: The one xenia stalk is looking a little rough for some reason. It went from a couple of inches to less than 1. I guess that is typical.
