Will an Icecap 430 fire 4 T5HO 36" bulbs or will it only fire 3?

Will an Icecap 430 fire 4 T5HO 36" bulbs or will it only fire 3?

This was done with a google search to IceCaps website,

this what it says.

The 430 can drive VHO, PC and T5HO lamps. For T5HO lamps, it will not operate any more than 2 lamps regardless of wattage of length. For VHO, in a 2 or 3 lamp setup, the total lamp length cannot exceed 12'. In a 4 lamp setup, it cannot be more than 8' total lamp length.
