So I had a ballast meltdown about a week and a half ago. I contacted Icecap and informed them of the issue. I never sent in a warranty card or had proof of purchase and had even cut and hardwired the ballast. I just sent it off to them and in less then a week, a brand new ballast was sitting at my door waiting for me. The people that worked there were super helpful and totally understood how vital this piece of equipment was to my tank. Just thought I would share.
