ID of a couple things

I have noticed these little coiled tubes multiplying on some of my rock work. Not quite sure what they are and also this white stuff... Maybe some kind of sponge, but probably not

They are very small, they almost look like tiny tube worm tubes, they are everywhere And must be multiplying fast, I'll try to Get better pics, but the lights just went out

No problem it's alway interesting when these type of ID come up. Someone else might see what they are but I'm having a hard time.

are they soft and fluffy like little feather dusters? or hard and brittle? do the retract when you touch them?

The white ones look like, as mentioned, Spirorbid;

The second reminds me of a glass anemone;

No... There not aptasia, it is forming like a mat, sponge or something, I know it's not Anemone it doesn't move, it doesn't have tentacles, it is white.

O.k. hard to say with those quasi photos. Now that you have given more info, namely the mat, it may be GSP but the mat is usually located in one area and spreads, not in blotches like your pic.
Now, normally, the mat has this beautiful Purple or Pink depending on your lighting, but, in improper lighting the mat can go ghost White.

I can't find much about them online, I also found I have syconoid sponges under one of my rocks.... Are all sponges good? Hopefully none are pests and are tainting my system. Thanks for all who have helped
