hey all, saw this stuff tonight for the first time. usually the pulsing xenia is covering it. i have no idea if its eggs or a sponge. i have noo idea. i havent really seen many fish hanging out by there or fanning it. only possibly chance of livestock eggs are snails, platinum clowns or firefish (not sure if they breed in captivity) any ideas?!?!?

It looks like sponge to me too. I've had rocks with yellow and orange sponge like that on it. Its pretty cool stuff.
