ID please?

I found this guy earlier today inside some Live Rock rubble I got from the LFS. He retracts completely into the rock when bothered. Any ideas on what it could be?

It's kinda hard to tell but I think it might be a majano anenome. They are considered a pest because they can multiply quickly and sting surrounding coral. I think they are really cool though and can be very colorful

Aptasia. Mojano r pest anemones but surface dwellers. They don't actually burrow like aptasia. U can just take a Mojano out at the foot or lime juice. (Picking lime).
Aptasia is another story.

Another picture would help. If the rock it has hosted is changing colors or shape, it sounds to me like a smenospongia.
