Levisole pig wormer will kill them in a dip. Its been used in FW aquariums for years but I've yet to try it as a in tank for a reef treatment. It has no drastic effects on fw planted tanks. I have not found any corals with aefw to do any testing. I have tested it on snails, crabs, zoos, and on a acro colony along with a damsel with no ill effects.

there was a long thread on RC about hobogato and his treatment outlined that he did with levamisole. He did not do an intank treatment though. You have to get rock and everything treated. He also outlined in on www.maast.org
