Since I am leaving Wednesday morning for MACNA (that's day after tomorrow! Ack! I have so much to do!) I thought I would post the info for the swap here so that it can hopefully be put into an evite, or if not, at least posted onto the thread.

Please park at the end of the street or on the main road if possible, the neighbors get a little testy about cars parked in front of their houses.
Bring your own frags, bags, $, folding chairs and alcoholic beverages. We'll provide soda, water and a snack.
See the thread on Reef Frontiers for some wheeling and dealing going on already:

It's time to renew your club membership! $25 for a single membership (admits one person to club events) $40 for a family membership (admits two-four family related people to club events) and don't forget, the card entitles you to discounts at PSAS sponsors! We'll have a sign up table at the door.

It sounds like some people are coming forward to help and that's great. Since Paul has so many empty tanks and is mixing the water on-site, this will probably be the most convenient frag swap since I've been going to PSAS. Which is a darn good thing; I've been worried that Colleen and Mark will be up to their eyeballs in work for this event. If you don't get all the lights you need or whatever, don't sweat it too much - in Portland we all just stood around and looked in tupperware containers or baggies. What I'm worried about more than anything is the membership stuff; I hope we have a good turnout and everyone wants to renew!
Have fun and I hope you get some cool frags.
