the cone design on these skimmers is where your money is really well spent, really intense foaming action, and very productive skimmate...much more so than a non cone skimmer of the same power, hence the 200g tank rating from only an eheim 1250 pump. and how they get this eheim 1250 to pull 750 lph meshed is insane!! i noticed the pump volute, impellar well, and outlet all appeared to be modified from stock eheim specs. much better modification than deltec, h&s, or euroreef of the eheim pumps!
i would say the build quality of these skimmers is just under that of royal exclusive bubble king series(best in the world), but much better than ATI, deltec, h&s by far.
all in all ATB gets 10 out of 10 stars in my book. i set up the small cone skimmer in our display sump and was blown away by the skimming power even just after 1 hour. i will post pics of the skimmer running tomorrow

well i dont know the online sales policy of ATB yet...

so for now i will just say that if you look at the prices on the atb site i posted, we can basically meet that price after you tack on the $20-40 for shipping (depending on size).

well, it's 400 lph of air injection, so im guessing 75-90g for sps quality water

We received another Small ATB Cone Skimmer yesterday. They have put a larger Eheim on it now. The price has also gone up to $919. This thing screams...as it should for that kind of money

yep, they realized that they could stick alot more air into the small body, hence the new 1262, a good deal for $100 more, i know the small with a 1262 has got to be pulling 1100 lph+
