I filled up the 94 gallon tank with about 60 gallons and the joints started to move a bit. It is a cube made out of 3/8" regular glass.

No.if it started to give at 60 gal it will probably come apart way before its full. Imo

3/8's" if way to thin to be a rim less for a 94 gallon.

ya.. should have used .500 or even .625 if they make that in that size...

rimless is different

I'm not 100% on this, but I think I heard that the silicone used on rimless tanks, black in color, is some pretty hight strength stuff. There may be a thread in the DIY section where someone mentions that it is the same stuff used to hold the windows in high rises.
