Just picked up these little fellas tonight and noticed some whitish discolorations on them. So, never having any real experience with it my question is is this ick?

It's not ich. Ich looks like salt specs on them. Don't know what it is though.

It doesn't look like Ich to me either. Looks possiblly like Net Damage to me.

Keep them in good quality water (hopefully in your QT tank???), and keep an eye on them for any development of redness. With Net damage, you are most worried about possible infection developing.
