Is this normal

Ok so I've noticed this bluish green like algae on my rock and am wondering if this is normal, or should I be concerned?

I've gotten that before, kind of a turquoise color and it comes and goes, changes color, goes away. Just keep checking your water perameters.

Yeah I moved some rock a bit ago. And the resting detrius got disturbed. Due to lack of flow in that area, also why I moved the rock. So my ammonia spiked to .25 water changes from that point on
