It's bacterial infection

Hi,
I just wanted to know how I can get rid of bacterial infection on the corals.I read the net and got enough info to indicate that this is bacterial infection. Please let me know some ideas.

on that note and in the artical, I have a very healthy candycane LPS hat has ALOT of coraline algae growing on the stony part. Will this eventually cause a problem??
