used joes juice to day it work good on the aiptasia i turned the powerheads off but win i turned the powerheads back on it put joe's juice all in the water will it kill my coral's and how long will the med be on the rock sorry for my selling thank's for the help:lol:

Bummer...Never used the stuff before so couldn't say, but in the meantime until someone else chimes in, I'd run some carbon if you aren't running any now to absorb what's in the water. Just a thought...Good luck with it

Yup, basically just kalkwasser, it will get sucked into skimmer or dissolve into solution.

I have a question on this same subject if nobody minds me stepping in.
When you apply joes juice do you just squirt it on the aptaisia or do you have to inject it into it?

Inject in it as much as possible but I've just had to aim and shoot.. lol.. sometimes when they've been in a weird spot I couldn't get to and it worked. It does go all over so i dont do a lot all at once. I already tried the peppermints and butterfly.

Roll it into their oral disc. They will sense the shadow and retract into their hiding spot, come in at an angle. If you do it right they will "wilt".

I take the infested rock out and into another tank of salt water. They will pop up and thats when I get them. No pwer heads or water movement. They stick up the most with no flow and little light.
Dont worry it wont hurt anything in your tank. (so far in my experiance with JJ)

JJ will stun them but in time another will pop up in the very same spot, It will mess with your alk so test your water when you use it. JJ doesn't work as good as it claims JMO but in weeks to come if you really watch every spot you inject it, they will come back, UNLESS you cover that spot & it stays covered with the paste. They say you should feed them with it, that is a slow process. To me kalk paste will work as well just cover that spot & make sure the paste stays covered on it. JMO take it for a grain!

I had a LOT better luck with boiling hot water injected into or onto them. Never comes back.
