hello all,
just wanted to say hay, i didnt know that this site was here until Mike (mojoreef) posted the coral search on the RAG
so here is a little bit about myself,
i started (as most did) with freshwater (and still have some). i currently have 11 tanks (from 150gal to 10gal) 9 of which are running
the 150 is the reef now. it was a fresh w/ a breeding set of Frontosa (4f,2m) kinda got bored w/ those so i sold 1 set (1m,2f) and bought some LR which was for a FOWLR and about a year ago i got the reef bug and i started my reef, i rescued a trigger, a leather, and a green b star from a friends tank and i still have them (the star and trigger are almost ready for the trip to LFS). the leather is doing better about a month ago the polyps started coming out (took 3 months)
then i started geting some 'real' corals i got 8 sps's from Dr. Mac, which died due to power failure and me being at work and not knowing
will not happen again so i stopped, almost quit, but the bug had me
so after a few months of getting the tank back in order and my B day being the 24th i told the wife to get me some corals for my BD. so i got some zoo's from the logical reef (very impressed), that is prety much where i stand
i currently have
1 yellow tang
1 naso tang
1 LM blennie
1 coral beauty
1 marron clown GS
xenia
green star p
3 zoo frags
1 ts leather
1 cleaner skrimp
snails
the n. trigger and star will be gone in a day or 2 (i keep them well fed)
just wanted to let those that havent met me know a bit about me (in a nut shell)
