Kati/Ani De-Ionizer vs. RO/DI

I tried searching for posts that included Kati/Ani but failed to find any. Is anyone using this instead of RO/DI? I live in AZ and find the "zero waste water" very appealing. Anyone have any thoughts?

I tried one short term and found it was much more work than I want to continue doing so I just went back to a dual membrane rodi. If your really wanting to know the in and outs give the filterguys a call.
