I have a problem keeping any crab alive in my reef tank. Here are are pram. its 20gal. long Sal. 1.025; ammonia 0; nitrates 0; calcium 460, this all I test for. Tank mates hammers; plate coral; zoos; Xenia and 1 yellow tail damsel. The only thing of interest is that I don't use a lid so I have allot of evaporation about 8 cups a day. I add RO/D 4 cups (I dilute it with tank water before adding) in the morning and 4 cups in the evening. It seems to me that they can't molt never found any empty shells just dead bodies.
