Korillia reassembly help

Hey everyone, took my Korillia and Nanostreams out to clean them today and when I was done I noticed this little black piece in the bottom of the sink. I think it came out of the Korillia, but I'm not positive. Can anyone tell me where it goes in and in what orientation?

it goes onto the end of the shaft and goes into the rear motor end
