I had to remove a pair of maroon and gold clownfish and their LTA from my reef I set up a 55 gal with lots of live rock, etc. For substrate I used crushed coral, about 3 inches. When I put them in it she started fanning the area around the anemone so bad that it clouded the entire tank. It has been clouded for the past two days and every time it starts to clear, she fans again and it gets clouded all over again. The crushed coral is covering everything. I have a few other fish and some soft corals in the tank with the clownfish. Can anyone give me an opinion as to whether or not the clownfish will eventually settle down, or should I just make arrangements to get rid of the clownfish and their LTA?

the fanning should slow down bot miner excavation may continue indefinitely. sounds like they are preparing to spawn. i would love to trade in my ocellaris pair for the maroon if they need a new home. yours are worth more than mine though.
