LED design

Well I think I am ready to bight the bullet. My plan is to use my 2 48" dual 54 watt T5s. I will gut them and mount the LEDs into the fixtures to give them some protection. Here are the LEDs I am planning on using.

2NFLS-x1200-24V Flexible Light Strips

I talked to Superbright and he said these would work for this application. Anyone have any comments please.

low power and probably not good for anything other than moonlights,color rendition.
if this is your plan for your main daytime lights, i would suggest you look at using a more standard retrofit kit with cree led's,
heatsinks, and drivers.

I am going to be putting these on a 90 tall 48Lx18Wx24Deep. I talked to Mike @ Rapid and he seems to think it will be fine.
