led help

ok so i am doing a DIY led light setup. i have 7 3w leds and 20-30w driver. i had them wired up and working great for about two months. now they are very dim. when i tried to fix them i thought i had them working but after about 10 min they started to flash. now they are just dim again. what am i doing wrong what can i try to do to fix them.

Can you specify exactly what LED's you're using and the exact driver you have.
