Light reflector?

I was wondering if anyone has an opinion on reflectors. I have VHO's & think it sounds like a cheap way to increase light output?

VHO have built in reflectors already no need for added reflectors.

+1 to what lvsuckerfish said. The bulbs have a reflective material built in the inside of them on once side from what I understand. IMO You can add some reflective material around the lights on the inside of the hood if you want but it's only going to keep the light in the hood if you have any "leaks" and is a pretty minimal increase in light in the tank.

are you running just vho's m/h ? I guess I am cunfused on the question you want to increase the output on the vho's?
