lighting - actinic 03 vs 7100k actinic

so I want to add a second strip of 96 watt PFO actinics to my tank. Purely for cosmetics - my tank is a little more yellow than I would like. So not only do I want to wash out the yellow but I would like to add more blue.

So should I order the 7100k or the 03s? From what I read the 7100k are brighter and do a better job of washing out the yellow. But 03s are a deeper violet blue but not as bright.

which should I order?
they also make a o3/7100k combo - should I go for that?

Thats a good question,I like the true actinic 03 than the 71k's because it brings out the zooxanthellae in the corals more to me.But yeah the 71k's are brighter.

yeah they are brighter -
this is for a FO tank - so purely for aesthetics I want to wash out the yellow and add more blue - not neccasarily looking for brighter -

IMO my fish don't look as bright as they could - maybe adding a set of 03 actinics will do the trick...
