with this dinoflagettes storm in my tank which i think is from having to switch lighting not that i wanted to but i had to, going from 14000k to 10000k 250 watt mh hqi ,now i have replacement 14000k how should i go about switching back to the 14000 ? i dont want a repeat of this dino crap again

If you had dinos, you had nutrients. Dinos do not live by light alone ...

That said, the 10k had greater intensities in the longer wave lengths, which were evidently preferred by the dinos. Going back to a bulb (the 14k) with less intensity in those wavelengths should reduce the symptom (dinos). It won't, however, reduce the problem (nutrients).
