i would say no, not for an anemone, yes for just softies, but dont expect alot of growth. make sure you use sunpaq bulbs by current, they have much better light output than other brand bulbs of the same wattage.
you should look at using t5, it isnt much more money than using pc's.

i think u should be alrioght i keep bubble tips in a 3 foot tank with 4 fluro bubls this shold be plenty of soft coarls just rember to keep good husbandry

Welcome to RF!! Hope you enjoy it here As for the lighting, I agree with being able to keep softies, but not too sure about an anemone. It may need to be placed high in the tank to give it a shot, but I'm not positive. I guess others will chime in soon...Good luck!
