Thinking about changing some lighting and wanted to get some input. Currently I have a 70 gal 24' deep x 48" wide with dual 250w MH (14K SPS) and 2 96w Power Compacts (Blue). Have soft and a few SPS corals with fish.
I'm condidering moving towards a 250w 20K MH bulb and de-comissioning the PC's to reduce some light (I think I have a little too much light).
Note: All critters and corals are doing just fine the way it is set up now. Just thinking about reducing come cost of operation as well.
Thoughts and input?
