lighting question

I have a 29 gallon acrylic tank, and I was wondering what a good type of light would be for my tank with softies and a little bit of LPS (frogspawn)? also it would have to be under $100 for everything

I had a 2X65Watt PC fixture on my 29, which was predominately soft corals with a few LPS and even a couple lower light demanding SPS. There was also an RBTA that did very well in the tank. I had the Current USA Satellite fixture. I bought it used, here on RF.

I would use either T5 HO or T12 VHO, Or if you really wanted to get exotic you could go with a 150 watt MH bulb. Go bluer and no need for supplementation.
