I have a aquapod 24 with stock lighting,but want to upgrade it.what would be a good light for it ,I would like to be able to keep the stick hood .any ideas?

What's a stick hood? 
. There use to be a website called nanotuners or something like that that sold beefed up upgraded lights for aquapods and jbj nano cubes etc, but I think they shut down. When I bought my aquapod, I specifically ordered the one without the hood that came with the HQI metal halide lighting with the 12 moonlights. I've had issues with heat in the past and so I like open top tanks. They had a 70w and 150w HQI light fixtures for them.
