lighting schedule??

Was wondering how long and when i should set my lights to turn on. im either thinking of getting 4x96w pc's or 2x175w MH with 2x110w VHO's... what would be a good schedule for either of these sets of lights also when should moonlights be turned on?

also if you could suggest bulbs to use in these sets it would be of great help, TIA

Jonathan - what are you thinking about keeping and what size tank? That may help in determining your needs between the MH and PCs.

its a 75 gl tank and ill be wanted to keep an anemone, polyps, zoos, mushrooms, and softies.... havent' really decided on if i want to keep hard corals but i may want a clam or two
