little help with a new brain coral

hey all, have a quick question bout a brain i just picked up from online, was sold as a premium brain from saltwaterfish.com and i has some spikes on it. not sure if thats common with this type, ive got another brain and there is no spikes so just seeing what you all think on how this guy looks. the "flesh/meat" part on it looks healthy and looks puffed out and full i guess you could say lol. thanks for any advise

i don't see anything that strikes me as not normal... but brains aren't my specialty.. those corals either.

Ya a lil bit of coral skeleton pokin out. Should b ok and heal up.

How long have you had it in your tank? they usually spike out a little from the stress of shipping. But if its happy, it should have full extension within a few days.
