Live Rock or...

Would anyone here suggest live rock, or is going with aquacultured rock with protein skimmers okay? I am just restarting a reef aquarium - just want a quick suggestion...I mostly know the advantages of each...just looking for popular opinion. Thanks in advance!!

whats the diffrence between LR and Aquaculterd Rock?

my vote wiould be LR with a protein skimmer
