local custom glass tanks

are there any local shops that build glass tanks?

How big are you looking for? I need to go through my contacts, but I used to have a guy in Kent build them for me a few years back. QUALITY guy and work. When I had my gators he built me a 6ftx3ftx2ft for $120. Although it wasn't made to withstand more than 12" of water. I'll try and look for it today.

if it's under 60 gallons I can do it for you!!
look at my wifes thread we just built her a 50 gallon near cubish tank! overflow, black sylicone ,all that stuff three bulkheads.

So you could probably make that out of half inch...Which I believe would usually have to be cut to size and then shipped to your local glass shop. Should not be that hard to put together. Do you already have a stand? That size would probably be best to do it on site.

no i can build the stand cant build a tank though

Building a tanks is easy just have to remember the funny mentals of glue/sillycone.... So u do base(bottom)then rear.sides front.then front. I allways perferr gusset corner pieces too then a center as well..
