does this look like its cureing ok.
i was thinking the green stuff is a bad algae.its hard just dont look right.
new to the saltwater hobby. ill be picking up 5#s of more LR thursday guy said its covered in coraline algea.

Testing daily is the best way to tell, more so IMO when your just starting out. To me it looks like the rock is ok but that isn't really enough to go by. Was this rock from an established tank? Was it purchased from a store that was curing it? Get all your rock in there & regardless let the tank cycle a while to help establish a good working biological system. What size tank do you have & how much rock you plan on using? Is this going to be a reef tank or FO?
Just a few things to think about.
