Maroon Bags .... Apearing in Tank.....!

Hi to you all @ RF.....in a friends tank ( 30 gal reef ) there are these little / medium maroon bags , on the live rock... they are inflated for a short time then they somehow defate....? whats left are... maroon bag of various sizes.... what are they and what can i do to get rid of them.... ? ? ?....has any one had a simmlar problem in their tank ....? any help is appreciated, thanks again to you alll at RF. cw.:?:
