I ordered a new MH set-up off of e-bay a few weeks ago and found that the 10k bulbs that it came with were just a bit to yellow for my taste. So referring to the original ad on e-bay concerning ballast type and then doing some research on RF lighting section - I returned to e-bay and ordered a set of Hamilton 250w 14k DE HQI bulbs. Upon installation, they will not fire. What am I missing here?
