Micro Bubbles from locline

I have a new tank setup with dualed off loc line returns and I am getting micro bubbles into the tank. I was told it might be coming from the loc line, how do I fix this or will it just go away with time?

If any part of the locline is above water level, it will often let air in. That being said, if this is the case in your tank, try to rework your return lines to keep the locline under water, or replace the locline with pvc that is glued at all junctions above water.
