For some reason my halides aren't turning on. Going out to get a battery to get my multi-meter working, but if I end up having to replace, any suggestions?

Heard lots of good things about IceCap, but I know they company went under. I also saw online that coralvue was handling repairs on them now though.

Other things I saw people like were lumitek, ARO and coralvue.

I don't want to get crap, but something affordable would be nice... :)

I use the Lumatek Select-a-watt ballast. Mine is capable of 250w/250w Super Lumens/400w/400w Super Lumens. The Super Lumens feature overdrives the bulb by 10%. Works with HQI & Mogul Bulbs. Very quite and reliable. Cheaper than most i have seen plus I can convert between HQI & Mogul base bulbs and 250w & 400w when I feel without having to buy a whole new ballast. Bought mine on Amazon.Com for cheaper than anyone is selling.
