Missoula Reef Club - Nov 19th

Well our first meeting is set! I am extremely excited about this and hope everyone can make it. I started a blog for the club that will keep everyone updated. I will also be sending out an email to everyone on the list about this but I figured I would let everyone know here first.

I think it went well for the first one! Had 9 people show up which is more than I was expecting.

We introduced ourselves and spoke about some of our experiences in the hobby. Also got some sort of idea on what everyone wanted out of the club, nothing too formal yet just trying to get a core group of people. Since I am completely new at this, it was nice that Devon came and helped the meeting along with some great insights and ideas. Overall it seems as though people are very interested and are willing to attend another meeting. I just hope all the pieces fall into place.

Thanks Charlie, that means a lot coming from you. I sure hope I am not stepping on your toes with doing another Montana club, but I really do love the idea of doing a BBQ with both clubs together.

No toes stepped on here man, not to worry. We have alot of time to get the BBQ together. Did Kevin from Ronan make it down?

Hi all - sorry to have promised & then be a no show. Animal emergencies happen at inconvenient times and we have 6" of snow in Ronan, a foot at home with Hwy 93 snow covered/ice covered (from what I've seen & driven on) down to I-90. Hopefully I will be able to get there for the next go-around, glad it came off well! KevinD
