I wanted to get some feedback. I have a 55 gal mixed reef tank with an ocelaris (spelling) clown. It is currently hosting an rbta. I am not interested in breeding them but would like to add either a black and white clown or a saddleback to my display tank. I have about 60 lbs of live rock in the display tank. Any thoughts?

I was thinking of just adding one more black and white or saddle back. I know if I added a pair it would out number the ocellaris I have in right now. Maybe its just wishful thinking on my part.

Adding even one clown of different color/breed can be a disaster. They are very dominant fish and either old or new would be likely stressed too much or killed. The saddleback is even worse. If you want to add another clown try to find one that is the same color and size.

^^^ Agreed... I learned the hard way with my Clarkii. He is a beast compared to the little False Perc's I introduced... Didn't end well at all.
