My frogspawn fell into my Monti cap and not there are place on the monti cap that turned completely white. Will the coloring in those area's grow back in?

Maybe...Depends on the damage it did.
The damage can heal, or it can get worse. Keep a close eye on it, to make sure the dead areas aren't spreading. Sometimes, it's a good idea to spread some superglue gel over the dead spots. This will keep algae from growing, on those dead spots, as quickly, allowing the flesh to grow back over the spots.
