Moving equipment to the basement

I am going to put my sump, refug into the basement. Will my tank be ok with everything shut of for a few hours? I have only moved the closed loop. The sump is still running with the protein skimmer.

Will everything be ok for several hours with the closed loop shut down. The closed loop supplies all my water movement.

yeah it will be fine for a good 6-8 hrs I would say. but if longer just try and run it a couple hrs between..

Wouldn't hurt to put a heater and a couple airstones in the display.
