Moving to the area and need work and a place to live!

Hello all!

It looks like I will soon be moving to the Mount Vernon area and am on the prowl for employment, cheap housing, and LFS's to visit once there.

I'm currently working at a high end fish shop in Colorado as a manager of 7 years, but would also be interested in Computer/Networking positions.

Any help or leads on any of these would be greatly appreciated!

Welcome to the NW!! You are moving to the woods though LOL. Not much in Mt. Vernon. You will be a good hr+ away from any decent LFS. I highly reccomend BRA in Renton for the best corals and fish selection. The rest of the LFS in the area are decent. They all have their own thing they specialize in.

The girlfriends job would be in Mt Vernon, but we may end up somewhere in between there and Seattle for housing depending on what I can find for job/housing prospects.

I've already e-mailed Cy at BRA, and sounds like they are fully staffed now, but he seems like a good guy.
