mushrooms changing under led

they used to be only purple and looked like this:

and now they are starting to get a light blue base with yellow bumps!

can't really get the colors on the camera unless i shoot at an angle and then the glass distorts the pic.

I have a few that looked dark red under PC lighting but under led look blueish metallic.

I've experience similar changes. ON Yumas that looked almost identical to yours actually.
