I set up my nano for my dwarves about 2 weeks ago. I put about 4 or 5 Stomatella snails in there, 3 nassarius, and hunted down some big pods and some bristle worms and sand worms to "liven" the sand bed. Well over the past 2 weeks my nassarius and stomatella have laid tons of eggs. The eggs hatched and now I have tiny snails all over the glass :) I can see there are stomatella AND nassarius babies... They have no predators so I'm sure they'll grow :) I also noticed MANY tiny pods crawling around on there too so those guys have been busy too. :) This tank really took off in the 2 weeks I"v had it up and running. I'm sure my seahorses will love it when they get out of quarantine.

Now for my question. What would you add to feed this critters?? I have some phyto... Should I add a few drops to feed everyone??

Hey beckmola ...Did you use established water and sand from your other tank or stsrt it off freshy fresh????

i think drops of DT's is supposed to work well but it adds alot of nutrients especially for a tank that small, but if you're managing it anyways i'm sure you can handle it
