My Brain is Hurt Help?

Wow Ive had bad luck twice in one week. This morning I woke to see that my new Brain looks like it flesh was torn the brain has two mouths one is large and the other just developed but in between as circled in the pic you can see the opening of the wound I can see what looks like bones in side what can I do I dont know what kind of brain it is or if it is splitting.

with limited background info... its hard to say what caused this. It has the look of attrition: a coral that was kept for weeks/months without target feeding and is finally losing the battle.

Regardless, improve water flow and resume feeding (if not done) ASAP. It may not take much food in the first days/weeks... only offer tiny particles at first: DTs oyster eggs (AKA Natural Diet), flying fish eggs from an Asian grocery store, nothing larger than thawed frozen mysids.
