My Custom 66

I recently had Crystal Reef Aquatics build me a 32" x 24" x 20" out of 1/2" starfire glass.
It has a herbie style 1-1/2" drain system with a over the top return.
I built a new stand out of 1/2" maple with hickory trim.
I am using a old sump I bought from a member here about 10-11 years ago.

I'm using 2 Tunze 6055's for flow, a Sea Side Aquatics CS1 skimmer and a Vectra S1 for a return pump.
The lighting is a 6 x 24 watt ATI T5 with a Blue Plus bulbs and a pair of 24" Reef Brite XHO blue led fixtures.

I cycled 50 lbs of Real Reef rock and the corals are going to be mostly branching and encrusting LPS.

All this setup happened 5 weeks ago.
So fast forward a month and I've moved all the corals that were in my 240 that I had previously or recently bought into the 66, and this is the results.
These pictures were taken under the Reef Brites with my Samsung S9+ with a orange filter.
I've found the orange filter helps remove some of the blue in the water and brings the colors in the corals closer to what you actually see.

That tank looks great, they do good work. I like the aquascape too, any issues with the coral? Looks like a smooth transition.

I had a alk spike in my big tank and some of the pieces are in recovery mode.
Lost a couple.

That poor torch has been through hell and back.
I've had it for several years and it keeps surviving dumb mistakes by me.
Now with the indo ban going on the value is really high, which kind of makes me a little nervous. lol

I am so out of the loop and isolated, what do you mean I do ban? Where are they coming from now?

There has been a ban on most indo corals and fish for about a year. Give or take a few. It's really driven up the cost of corals and fish.
Alot of aussie and south pacific stuff is what you see now.

I finally decided to pick up a fish or 2 for my tank.
I was waiting for the Black Cap Basslets to be available anywhere and gave up.
I bought 3 aquacultured Orchid Dottybacks, Pseudochromis fridmani
I'm going to run them through 30 days of quarantine before adding them to the tank
