my fish has ick help!!!

Is it better to treat the whole tank or just the fish that has it??? My gramma had it but the cleaner shrimp cleaned him but my tang will have nothing to do with it... What type of medicine does everyone recommend??? Thank you.....

I forgot to mention I do have a few corals in my 150 gallon tank. A few mushrooms, frogspawn, ricordias and a bubble coral.

With corals, you can't treat the whole tank, other than keeping it fishless for 8 weeks. During this same 8 week period, treat ALL fish in a QT tank with Hyposalinity treatment. With NO fish in the display for 8 weeks, the Ich will die off. It needs fish to host.
