My Harlequinn shrimp had 100's of babies, now what

Anyone have luck raising baby Harlequinn's? At what point do they feed on their primary diet of starfish, they're so small like white pin heads. I figure if mysis/copods and anthropods can heavily grow in the reef, why not Harlequinn?
