Looks great Chuck! They are a beauty for sure. Yours looks like it is well adjusted - when did you add it?

Just got him today. A bit timid still. He needs to be accepted by the Purple Tang a bit more but I got one in the same range and size as him to try and give him a head start. I think they are very pretty fish for sure.

Yeah, it's kind of hard to sneak something by on the purple tang. They have their ways of letting fish know who's supposed to be the boss. :D

Chuck - mine has been nibbling on one of the Acros the past couple of days (plenty of algae to graze on lol) :). Not enough to do damage, but thought I'd give you a heads up - :D

I wish I had good news to report. My rabbit is not eating. Has barely ate if any since he has been in my tank ... I have tried different foods including brine shrimp, mysis, forumula, flake food, nori, seaweed select .... I don't know why he doesn't want to eat :(

You need to try feeding live foods......

Chuck - don't give up on it yet. Mine took a week or so before it was comfortable and quit doing the rabbitfish freak out. If the tang is giving it troubles, then maybe isolate one of them when you feed the tank. Did the nori in 2 places not work? I hoped it would keep the tang busy, while the rabbitfish investigated. The only other suggestion besides live food like Elmo suggested, is to remove the rabbit and try and get it to eat in isolation. Or remove the tang to isolation until the rabbitfish is comfortable (just in case the tang is causing the problem).

Chuck is it pinching in the gut?? look for some live brine for the live foods.

Chuck there are several locals that hatch their own Brine. Maybe another post in PSAS "WTB Live Brine" would get you linked up with them..

another thought that works great in my tank is to buy the steamer clams (short neck, or Manilla) from the grocery store, freeze them. Thaw one out and open the shell slightly for easy access for the fish. I have yet to find a fish or anything living in my tank for that matter that doesn't go nuts over then.

If you are concerned about introducing anything bad via the clams you can put them in a bowl of tank water and they will open up and syphon cleaning their systems.

BTW: My Copperband is the biggest fan of frozen clam method and he is otherwise a timid feeder..

Two places of feeding didn't work Nikki :(

Elmo, who locally carries live food?

Hmm...I do ;)

I have live brine, but another try is live mysis, which your clownfish will eat up, too.
